I just created a website for the Bikram Yoga studio in Orlando, Florida. It’s “hot” yoga and I plan on going there often this year. My wonderful girlfriend teaches there (why I made the site) and, oh yeah, now I get free Yoga!

The Beginning of a new year

With 2009 behind me, I look on to 2010 keeping in mind that there is no past that we can bring back by longing for it.
There is only an eternally new now that builds and creates
